Day 1 Habarana
After you exit the Bandaranaike International Airport, a Ceylon Travel Key Representative will take you to a luxurious and comfortable vehicle and drive you to Habarana. On the way we have scheduled a village tour and you can enjoy bullock cart ride, old catamaran ride, tuk tuk ride and traditional Sri Lankan Lunch in a village house with cooking demonstration.
In the afternoon, we have scheduled a jeep safari ride to visit the Minneriya National Park for an encounter with Sri Lanka’s wildlife. At the end of the day you will have a pure Sri Lankan Ayurvedic treatment for relaxation.

Day 2 Sigiriya - Anuradhapura - Mihinthale
In the morning you will visit the ‘Lion’s Rock’ in Sigiriya – approximately 1200 steps to climb. This rock climbing activity is do-able and recommended for most tourists as you get to see some beautiful engraved frescoes of the ancient era and also the remnants of a fortress at the top of the rock, not forgetting the tremendous view from the summit.
After that you will head towards Anuradhapura, a very ancient city in Sri Lanka. Here you can explore several historic ruins, stupas, dagobas and more; plenty of historical artifacts to add to your photography portfolio. Then you will visit Mihintale Buddhist Temple, a grand stairways of 1,840 steps made of granite slabs, lead to the summit, from where one could get a splendid view of the surrounding countryside.

Day 3 Kandy
The next morning you will begin your journey to the hill capital of Kandy. En route you will visit the Cave Temple in Dambulla, Matale Alu Viharaya Buddhist Temple and the Matale Hindu Temple. Also visit a Spice Garden at Matale and Batik Factory where the ancient process of making batik by using wax as the main component could be seen. Once there, you can see the Kandy Lake, stop at Kandy viewpoint and also visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and there you can enjoy an evening show of the cultural dance of Kandyans.

Day 4 Nuwaraeliya
In the morning you will visit the Royal Botanical Garden. This botanical garden was first built as a pleasure garden by a Sinhala King and was expanded by the British. It is 147 acres in extent and provides an amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers. After that you will visit Gem Museum and wood carving factory and you will head off to Nuwaraeliya.
When you head towards the beautiful town of Nuwara Eliya where you will come across several water falls on the way. Ramboda Falls is one visit we have scheduled for you. Along the way you can also visit the Tea Factory and the luscious tea plantations of the country. You will also be given a tour of Nuwara Eliya, also known as “Little England”.

Day 5 Mirissa
From Nanu Oya, you will be taking a beautiful train journey to Ella, where a visit to Rawana Falls is a must. Next head off to Mirissa and have a leisure on beach.

Day 6 Bentota
Early next morning we will take you on a whale watching tour in Mirissa and then drive you to Galle, where you will explore the Galle Dutch Fort. Your next stop will be in Bentota, which is also on the southern coastline. On the way you have chance to visit Weligama stilt fishermen, Meetiyagoda moonstone mine, Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project, Mask museum, Madu river Boat safari and late evening relaxing at the beach.

Day 7 Airport
Day Seven is assigned for exploring the city and doing some shopping, provided you have sufficient time before the departure of your flight. You are now at the end of the wonderful and luxurious tour with Ceylon Travel Key.
